How to Raise a Complaint

A homeowner and a tree provider looking up at a tall tree beside a house in Brunswick

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Timingdrawn Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Timingdrawn Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we matched you with behaved

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If something went wrong with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please note that Timingdrawn Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@timingdrawn.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If you do not like our answer, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
